I think that they are still in need to hostesses for the Tea on May 3rd. I signed up for a couple of tables today and got my instructions. It seems simple enough. You go, set up your table and help serve the people seated there.
If you can contribute, please call Michelle or Becky and get your name on the list. They are working really hard to get this fundraiser in action.
Here are a few points to help lure you in:
1. You can serve the food in FULL PORTIONS!!! That's right, nothing needs to be cut into ridiculously small pieces for these tables guests!
2. You can fill the glasses once...TO THE BRIM!!! It will not be necessary to pour minimal amounts of beverage into plastic character cups repeatedly to avoid "major spills".
3. You can have a conversation that lasts more than 3 minutes and you might even be able to keep your attention in the conversation long enough to finish your thoughts!!
Now try to tell me that this doesn't sound like fun!!! See you there!

A Success!
A big THANK YOU to everyone who supported the Rummage Sale last weekend. It was fun seeing everyone there. The sale was a success and raised $1300 for the preschool. Thanks again for all the donations of items, time and effort!
Don't forget about the next big fundraiser for our preschool. The Tea is just around the corner and we need all the help we can get!

Important Dates
There are some exciting events coming up at the preschool! Here are the dates and information.
April 14th and 15th at 6:00 pm - DAD'S NIGHT
MWF classes will have their dad's night on Monday, April 14th.
K-5 and T/TH classes will have their dad's night on Tuesday, April 15th.
Dads participate with our preschoolers for a night filled with crafts and other highlights.
Pizza will be provided.
If dad is unavailable, another special someone may attend. However, please no mommies on this night.
May 1st (Thursday) - Preschool REGISTRATION for returning families
Westminster classes can fill up fast so now is the time to save your place.
Open registration for new families will begin May, 5th. Invite your friends and families with small children to attend!
May 3rd - Spring Tea
This is another fundraiser for the school. It's a day filled with a special lunch and silent auction. Carol Hopson will be the guest speaker.
Each class will be providing a basket for the auction.
We still need table hoestesses for the event. It is an opportunity to set a table with your special china and silverware. A sign-up sheet will be provided for those willing to help in this area.

Rummage Sale

This event is one of our Preschool's main fundraisers. We will be happy to collect your discards the entire week before the sale.
NOTE: We need those parents who have volunteered to assist in the event visit the preschool office and speak with one of the directors regarding further details.

Parent Participation
We offer a cooperative opportunity for parents to get involved and work in the classroom. We have all candidates interested apply for a few select positions to work in a preschool class. When you register you will be able to fill out an application to be "hired" as a cooperative parent. For each day you work, you will recieve a $20 discount off of your monthly tuition. This will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and you may apply each quarter or pick and choose based on your schedule.

Monthly Tuition:
K-5 class............$330 a month
MWF..................$240 a month
T/TH.................$190 a month
Tuition is due the first of the month, considered late on the 10th of the month and a late fee will be charged.

Fundraising Fee (one time fee due at registration for all classes).......$60
One time curriculum fee due at registration for k-5 class................$90
